Return and Refund Policy

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your every order at Vishyam. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at support@vishyam.com.

Returns is a scheme provided by respective vendor/seller directly in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered to you by the respective Vendors/ sellers.

For certain products where installation is provided by Vishyam service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Vishyam authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over this general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the policy below.

New Product

Return Policy 

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition as it was received.

We do not accept returns for intimate items, accessories, fashion jewelry, gift cards, CDs, DVDs, downloadable products and other items which are posted with Non-returnable condition.

If you wish to return your item, you must raise a Support Ticket within 10 days from the date you have received your item.

To initiate a Return Request:

  1. Go to ORDERS section in your Account
  2. Go to Support section of the product you wish to return
  3. Raise a Support Ticket mentioning your issue and submit

Refunds 

Once the item is received by the seller, our team will review your refund request with seller and will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. Once the return is approved, we will send you the mail confirming the schedule pick up date of return for the item. On the date of return, our courier partner or our team will contact you to complete the return pick up from your original address where the item was delivered.

However, if you are not satisfied with the product due to size or color, we will try to match your expectation through replacement. In case the seller cannot fulfill your request through replacement, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of return request under Vishyam Money Back Guarantee.

To initiate a Refund Request:

  1. Go to ORDERS section in your Account
  2. Go to Refund section of the product
  3. Initiate a Refund Request mentioning your reason and submit

Exchanges 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item not matching as per description, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one in case the product is available or else we will arrange for refund. Please raise a Support Ticket for the same or email us at support@vishyam.com within 10 days of receiving your product to begin the exchange process.

To initiate an Exchange Request:

  1. Go to ORDERS section in your Account
  2. Go to Support section of the product you wish to exchange
  3. Raise a Support Ticket mentioning your issue and submit

Cancellation 

If you want to cancel your order prior dispatch just go to order section of your account and place a request for order cancellation by raising a Support Ticket. However, Cancellation of order is only acceptable before dispatch of the product by Vendor. Once the product is dispatched and handed over to courier partner for delivery it is deemed to be delivered at the customer address and in such cases order cancellation will not be applicable.

To initiate a Cancellation Request:

  1. Go to ORDERS section in your Account
  2. Go to Support section of the product you wish to cancel
  3. Raise a Support Ticket mentioning your issue and submit

Rental Product

Return Policy 

If the customer is not satisfied with the rental product, return request through a Support Ticket is to be claimed within 24 hours of delivery of the item. If no such claim has been raised within 24 hours, the rental equipment shall be deemed delivered in good working condition. However if any issue arises within rental period under normal working condition and not due to customer fault, customer can immediately inform us by raising a support ticket or by mailing us at support@vishyam.com. In such cases seller authorized person or brand authorized person will visit at customer place and will try to resolve the issue within shortest timeline or the seller will offer you free replacement of the item if the item cannot be repaired by seller or its representative within 7 working days.

To initiate a rental order return request, please raise a Support Ticket mentioning your issue along with a valid reason of return. We will contact with the seller to initiate a free repair or replacement of the product as per Vishyam Rental Terms & Condition and vendor rental policy as described on the policy section of the product. If the seller is unable to fulfill the replacement of the item within 7 working days, we will refund the money for the non–working period of the item to customer original payment method under Vishyam Money back Guarantee.

To initiate a Return Request:

  3. Raise a Support Ticket mentioning your issue and submit

Refunds 

For item claiming return within 24 hours of delivery and the seller is unable to fulfill the replacement of the rental product within 7 working days, full refund of the money will be credited back to your original payment method under Vishyam Money Back Guarantee. Please raise a Support Ticket to initiate a Refund Request.

To initiate a Refund Request:

  1. Go to ORDERS section in your Account
  2. Go to Refund section of the product
  3. Initiate a Refund Request mentioning your reason and submit

Exchanges/ Replacement 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product not matching with its description then we’re happy to replace the item at free of cost provided claim is registered within 24 hours. Please raise a Support Ticket or email us at support@vishyam.com for any issues arising with the product.

To initiate an Exchange Request:

  1. Go to ORDERS section in your Account
  2. Go to Support section of the product you wish to exchange
  3. Raise a Support Ticket mentioning your issue and submit

Refurbished/ Used Product

Return Policy 

Return can be initiated for all refurbished/used product item(except non-returnable item), within 3 days of receiving the product. Return will be accepted only in case of non-functioning due to damaged or defect which is not mention in the item description or if the actual products not matching with the product description. In such cases, full refund of the money will be transferred to winning bidder within 10 working days from the date of receiving the item by the winning bidder.

To initiate a return, please raise a Support Ticket or please mail us at support@vishyam.com mentioning your order number and a copy of your invoice attached along with reason of return.

To initiate a Return Request:

  1. Go to ORDERS section in your Account
  2. Go to Support section of the product
  3. Raise a Support Ticket mentioning your issue and submit

Refunds 

For refurbished/used product deal, which are placed at Vishyam Buy & Sell Used Products Marketplace on “as is where is” basis are non-returnable as these item will be given opportunity to winning bidder to inspect physically and self pick up and only after inspection and acceptance of winning bidder full amount of the item will be paid by winning bidder and transfer of ownership will occur.

For selected item which are not marked with “as is where is” basis are eligible for refund in case of claim registered through mail within 3 days of delivery. Refund will be credited back to your original payment method under Vishyam Money back Guarantee

Once the item is received from you, our team will verify your refund request and will approve the return in the following cases only:

  1. If the item mismatches with the description
  2. Item got damaged at transit
  3. The received item found defective and non-functioning

Exchange is not possible for any item return as the item was exclusively won through auction and in all such cases full money will be credited back to the winning bidder.

  3. Initiate a Refund Request mentioning your reason and submit

Cancellation 

If the product description is found mismatching with the actual product after inspection for “as is where is basis” condition, then Winning bidder can cancel the order by raising a Support Ticket within 3 days of inspection. For all other item cancellation is not permitted unless purchasing of product after winning.

If Payment is not received within 3 days of winning the bid, the product will be auto cancelled for purchasing and in such cases, the opportunity will be passed to the next highest bidder and the user account of the winning bidder will be blocked for further participation in any deal of used product.
